Privacy Policy

This explains what happens to the information you give Meta Ad Strategist, our AI agent software.

1. What we receive

• The business details and numbers you type into the plan and report forms.
• Your email address if you contact us or sign up.
• Basic technical logs (time, page, errors) kept by our hosting provider.

2. What we do with it

• To write a plan, the text you type is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) so the model can write the plan. We do not sell your information.
• This first version does not store your forms or plans on our side. Our safety counters and refusal log are kept in memory only and are cleared when the server restarts.
• Daily reports are written by our own code from the numbers you type; nothing is sent to an AI provider for them.

3. Please do not enter

Passwords, card numbers, or the names, phone numbers and emails of your leads. We never need them and the agent will refuse such requests.

4. Your choices

Ask us at support@paxanova.io to see or delete anything we hold about you.

5. Children

This software is for businesses and is not meant for people under 18.

6. Changes

We will update this page when what we do changes. This is not legal advice.
