Meta Ad Strategist is software: an AI agent that you use online for a monthly subscription. It is not a person and it is not a done-for-you agency service. These terms explain how it works.

1. What the agent does

  • It writes a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaign plan for a US real estate business from the details you type in.
  • It writes a plain-words daily report from the numbers you type in.
  • It does not log in to your ad account, spend your money or post ads in this version. Later versions may connect to your own Meta account, only with your written permission and with spending limits you set.

2. What we need from you

  • True details. You are responsible for checking every plan before use. A person must review the ad account and every ad before anything goes live.
  • A valid licence for what you advertise, and compliance with advertising and real estate rules in your state.
  • You pay Meta directly for ad spend from your own ad account. We never hold your card or password and will never ask for them.

3. Price and payment

The subscription price is shown on our home page (USD 500 per month, with a 14-day free trial). Payments are handled by Stripe. We give 30 days written notice before any price change.

4. Ending

You may cancel at any time; the subscription then stops at the end of the paid month. See our Refund policy.

5. No guarantees

The agent is an AI. It can make mistakes. We cannot promise any number of leads, appointments or sales, and lead quality is not promised. Any cost figures are examples or your own targets, not results we promise.

6. Platform rules

Meta controls its own rules, including special rules for housing ads. Meta may reject an ad or limit an account. This is outside our control. Our plans tell you the housing rules we know of; confirm them in Ads Manager.

7. Fair use

To keep costs safe we limit how many plans can be written per day. We may stop access for misuse, for example asking the agent to break platform rules.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. This is not legal advice.
