Meta Ad Strategist is a monthly software subscription (an AI agent).
1. Free trial
The plan includes a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
2. After the trial
- If you ask within 14 days of your first paid month, we refund that month in full, no questions asked.
- After that, you can cancel at any time. The subscription stops at the end of the paid month and we do not charge again. We do not refund part of a month already used.
3. What is not refunded
Ad spend you paid to Meta. That money goes to Meta, not to us, and we cannot refund it.
4. How to ask
